Historical data is useful for:

• Retrospectively capturing pre-construction travel baselines.

• Planning works at unusual times of the year when no prior data is available.

Adding the TomTom dataset provides additional options and a backup if monitoring wasn’t put in place.

Travel Time Data

Mooven can provide custom reports that analyse TomTom’s historical data. Data is available back to 2008 and can be defined by any date range.

Reports can be configured to pick up all contributing vehicles or only the vehicles that match the full route.

Speed Profiles

The TomTom data also provides information on the distribution of speeds. This information can be used to gain visibility of the range of speeds seen in a location, helping to inform speed limit changes.
